After we have received your request, we will begin the return process, and you will receive additional information.
All returns must be made within 15 business days after the order has been received at the customer's address. For this purpose CTT tracking data will be used to know the dates of the reception by the customer.
Products will be shipped with no signs of use, stains or odors, and all labels still attached to the product.
The shipment must be done in registered mail and with tracking, well packed and in the same way that they were sent.
